Have you ever felt that despite your best intentions and greatest desires, your plans to take better care of yourself get hijacked? It might be by others and their plans and needs. Or maybe it’s your own excuses, not enough time, enough motivation or a lack of what you need to fulfill your plans. Resources like a plan for exercise, a recipe or the right ingredients. Small things and yet they seem big enough to sabotage your plans…if you let them.
I was speaking to a friend of mine recently who is feeling frustrated and lost by this kind of experience. Most of all, she felt confused about how and why this was happening to her. She really wants to create a regular habit of exercise and she really wants to take better care of herself but she has been unable to create a level of consistency that will give her the result she is after.
Through my conversation with her I shared with her what I’m about to share with you in this video. This video talks about how we find ourselves doing the things we do without really realising it and how the experiences we have had from our childhood to now and the people we surround ourselves with could be the greatest influence over the success you achieve.
