- After completing the above mentioned questions and any time throughout your training, you may be asked to seek medical clearance from your GP, physiotherapist or other allied health professional BEFORE commencing any exercise program. This is for your own safety and enables the trainers to gain essential information to design the best program for you.
- If at any time there are changes to your health including disease, medical conditions, injuries or other illness, please inform the trainers BEFORE you start your next session.
- If ANY exercise causes pain or discomfort, stop immediately and inform your trainer.
- While all care is taken to provide a safe training environment and safe exercise selection, all exercise possesses a risk of injury or ill health. The VitalityFit Retreat and its trainers accept no responsibility for any injury or illness caused by activities outside of supervised training sessions, or activities carried out against the advice and direction of The VitalityFit Retreat and its trainers.

COVID POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- As a guest of The VitalityFit Retreat, at the time of your retreat you must be double vaccinated, and if eligible, have received your third booster shot. This excludes individuals who have a medical exemption from receiving the vaccination.
- If you have a medical exemption from vaccination, medical exemption proof must be provided at the time of your booking.
- All guests must obtain a COVID PCR or RAT test and provide proof of a negative result within 48h of arrival at retreat.
- At the time of attending the retreat, all guests must NOT be subject to any quarantine or isolation requirements issued by Department of Health (WA). If a guest is required to isolate and their isolation period falls within their retreat date, the guest must give notice to The VitalityFit Retreat as soon as possible. In this circumstance The VitalityFit Retreat will endeavour to find a replacement guest to the best of their ability. In the unlikely event that a replacement guest can not be found, cancellation terms will apply.
- Should any guest develop symptoms during the retreat, they will be requested to immediately seek a PCR or RAT test and isolate until a negative result. As our accomodation is not designed with appropriate isolation rooms, this may require isolation ‘off site’.
- If an exposure site becomes known during the retreat, guests are expected to notify the retreat hosts if they believe they may have been to an exposure site during the periods listed.
- In the event a guest cannot attend due to COVID infection, then it is strongly recommended that the guest has a suitable travel insurance policy to cover for COVID infection that will permit a refund of their retreat investment. Details of some travel insurance funds are given in the guest booking confirmation email.
- The COVID policies also apply to retreat staff and contractors.
- Uplifting Wellness trading as Uplifting Fitness and The Vitality Fit Retreat and its contractors will not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred as a result of isolation requirements presented to guests attending The VitalityFit Retreat as a result of attending The VitalityFit Retreat.
